Welcome to my profile!
I am a dedicated researcher with a passion for advancing the fields of Artificial Intelligence (AI) Fairness, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Design Science, Information Systems, and Business Process Management (BPM).
My academic journey began with a Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering from Isfahan University of Technology, where I served as a teaching assistant for Statistical Data Analysis over five semesters. Supervised by Prof. Dr. Ali Zeinal Hamadani, my bachelor's thesis investigated the costs of quality in the food industry.
Building on this foundation, I pursued a Master's in Advanced Information Systems at Allameh Tabataba'i University. Supervised by Prof. Payam Hanafizadeh, my thesis titled "Business Process Redesign using Soft Systems Methodology" led to the publication of a paper in the Philosophy of Management journal. The second paper, currently in the final stages of publication, introduces a multi-methodology for redesigning business processes in a context-aware manner.
Dive into our cutting-edge project, supported by the Swiss National Science Foundation (SNSF) and guided by Prof. Christian Matt. We're on a mission to bring more fairness to the world of AI, focusing specifically on voice assistants. Why? Because we believe this isn't just tech talk—it's about improving everyday life for all of us. Join us on this journey where our work isn't just research; it's about making a real impact on how we interact with technology in our daily lives.
Employing a practical approach, I explore the nuances of HCI and address research gaps by analyzing both secondary and primary data using both quantitative and qualitative methods. By emphasizing managerial and practical implications, I aspire to contribute meaningfully to both the theoretical and practical aspects of HCI. Furthermore, I am participating as an ad-hoc reviewer in different journals like Digital Business. This experience helps me understand what makes papers rejected and also how to improve publications.
