Research Area

I am invested in two streams of research. In the first, I understand knowledge creation, sharing, and collaboration in online and open environments, such as an Online Community. I study how an Online Community’s platform design impacts knowledge sharing endeavors.

In the second stream, I study the role of AI in individual and group level decision-making and learning.
